Whether through the creativity we give to events or finding venues for our clients we always like to look at things a bit differently at Zibrant.

Which is why when it came to our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan we wanted to do something a bit different, grab peoples attention and actually make a difference to peoples lives, so we decided on goats – easy really!

We teamed up with Oxfam Unwrapped and started handing out little cuddly goats to our friends and asked them to take interesting pictures of them in weird, unique and unusual places. Every month the best picture won a ‘live’ goat which actually went to a family in the developing world. The best picture also won a big cuddly goat, a certificate and a warm fuzzy feeling for their efforts.

So far we’ve managed to give over 200 live goats to the developing world, which is great as a goat provides manure, milk and offspring. And under the village goat loan scheme, the first female kid produced is given to another family, so the magic can begin again. Start with one and end-up with a herd.
